This is the first release of the windows 8 tips and How-to video series, in this release most of UI related and usability tips will be introduced such as Window Charms, Quick Launch, quickly cycle (switch) between open apps, find Recently accessed Apps and App bars.
Windows 8 Window Charms
Window Charms containing most commonly using system commands such as Quick access start screen shortcut, settings , Apps and files search, share and devices.

Windows 8 Quick Launch
In windows 7 you can search files and programs using the Start Menu search box but windows 8 not has a start button or start menu then how you search those. This can be done using Quick Launch, by using it you can not only search files but also apps and settings.
To access the quick launch with mouse go to Window Charms then click on the Search Charm, then select File, APPs or settings to search and type search term. Access each with keyboard shortcuts use + Q for Apps, + W for files and + F for settings
Windows 8 quickly cycle between open apps
To quickly switch between Apps with the mouse, move mouse cursor to top left corner of the screen or use shortcut key ALT + Tab.
Windows 8 Show Recent Apps
To view recently opened Apps with the mouse, move mouse cursor to top left corner of the screen and move it to the center of the same edge. Using shortcut + TAB can be done the same thing; by holding 2 keys it’ll start circling through Apps.
